1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing takes 1-2 Business days for your order to be shipped out.
In most cases we ship the next business day after you order !
Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 2-7 Business days depending on your location.
International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.
All Packages Are Delivered through USPS or Fedex. Business days are Monday-Friday
2. When will my tracking number start to update?
After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number please contact customer service at dasiasboutique@gmail.com and we will immediately send you your tracking number.
3. Can I make changes to my order?
To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
4.Can I return my product?
We make sure to provide every detail about any product we're shipping out. This includes size charts and materials the product is made with. We ask that you please read the description to make sure that the product that you're looking at is suitable for you to avoid returns. Also due to Covid we don't currently accept returns.
